If you have additional children that you'd like to include on on our list, please fill out an additional form.

If you’re expecting, we encourage you to submit your information now. Infant program spaces are very limited.

You only need to register once. We won't remove names unless requested.

When we reach out about an available spot, please respond by the specified date or you may risk loosing your space
